Our wood
From the groves to your grill.
We source olive wood from trees pruned every season to stay productive. The cuttings would otherwise be burned in the field. Instead, we dry them the right way — slow, in the open air — until they are ready.
Grapevine cuttings follow the same logic. Each winter the vines are cut back hard. We collect those cuttings and turn them into fuel for a different kind of fire.
